I work in a large dental clinic, we have ten operatories, and many dentists. I work the front desk and I tend to get here fairly early in the morning (that means that quite often I am the only one here). 

On several occasions I will be sitting in the office when footsteps can be heard walking up and down the halls, not quite footsteps but almost as if someone is stamping down the hall. 

On other occasions I will be sitting at the front desk, and one of the operatories you can hear the squeak of one of the chairs as if someone just sat down, but upon investigation no one is there, then I would walk back up front when you can here the distinctive whine of the drill (believe me you can not mistake that noise), so I'd go back to to see who was here and of course no one has arrived for work yet. 

I have had several experiences like this, the most recent was about of a week ago, I came in early and I was at the front desk and I had this really weird feeling that I was being watched, so I turned around and all I saw was our charts, so I went back to work and I felt a coldness brush my back, I turned around rather quickly and all I saw was one of the office chairs spinning, as if someone rushed past it and hit it as they went by, so I looked all around the building and no one was here.
